Great video. I wish more credit unions took that message to heart!
I agree 100% Robbie…it’s too easy for us to think monetary rewards are all that matter, and survey after survey tells us that people value recognition for good performance and the freedom to take action more highly. We all need to recognize this and find ways to give our people more freedom to do what they know how to do, to get out of their way and let them make it happen!
